Woods Foods’ flours and fibres make it even easier for more people to enjoy their favourite foods by offering alternative ingredients for your products.
We process our own high-quality chickpeas and sorghum onsite using premium Satake machinery, producing all-natural, high-protein Ultrapulse® and Sorgrain® flours and fibre with a superior texture ideal for baking, mixing and extruding.
All flours and fibre are available year-round in 1 tonne bulk bags or 20kg multi-walled paper bags.
